For some, they join us in the park and bring their colleagues, clients and friends for a group session. For others, we head to their office and utilise a spare office, courtyard or basement. We also provide LIVE online sessions for teams spread out over the UK or the world.

Working out in a group has fantastic benefits and we like to make the most of these by offering challenging, effective and accessible sessions for all abilities.
Our fitness classes are about coming together and getting fit, feeling great and having 'fun'.
Classes are for all abilities and we pride ourselves on never delivering the same class twice. After all, variety is the spice of life!
We offer both private and public group classes in Central London parks.
A private class would consist of your own instructor for your group. The class is tailored for your desired outcomes and usually revolves around interaction and having fun.
We do offer memberships to out public group classes at a discounted corporate rate when 5 or more people sign up.

PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING.
Personal Training is a one on one training session where you will get the dedicated time, knowledge and skills from one of our highly experienced trainers. Here they will guide you through a specific and individualised training plan to suit your goals and requirements.
This is the best way to ensure your time is utilised to the maximum potential and includes High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Functional Fitness, Running, Weight Training and many more training styles based on your goals.
Our Personal Training service is mobile and can include training pretty much anywhere in London, including parks, your office, rooftop, courtyard or basement.
Sessions can be structured from 30 to 60 minutes allowing for accessible sessions or everyone.
Personal training is available for up to 5 people at once so please get in touch to discuss further.
LIVESTREAM GROUP FITNESS.
With teams working from home, spread out all over the UK or World, now has never been a better time to come together whilst exercising.
You can choose from private LIVE sessions and invite your colleagues and clients to interact with two-way video or join our public classes to keep your team's active while working remotely.
Our LIVE fitness classes are about coming together and getting fit, feeling great and having 'fun'.
With a wide range of classes available, there's something for everyone.

We boast a wide range of qualifications and experience, from Level 4 Master Personal Trainer to a BA in Sports Science, from British Triathlon Coach to Boxercise and Taequando instructor.
