DYNAMIC HIIT.
Be Conditioned is our conditioning class that utilises Power bags, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Kettlebells and Dumbbells in a circuits style class (HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training) for an all-round exhilarating workout.
Led by expert trainers with literally thousands of classes under their belts, we use our mobile gym with an impressive range of equipment to deliver a traditional strength class in a gym to the great outdoors.
CLASS DETAILS.
This class utilises Power bags, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Kettlebells and Dumbbells in a circuits style class (HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training) for an all-round exhilarating workout.
The class is suitable for all ability levels. You will be challenged at all times by your instructor and we truly believe in individualisation for our classes so you get the most from it.
In the class, you share equipment at stations that are completed on time so you can work to your own maximum ability at all times. We progress or regress these exercises for each individual in the class. Rest assured, you will be able to take part no matter what your experience or fitness level.
We have a maximum ratio of 20:1 and ask all members to respect other peoples space and follow social distancing if requested.

This class is outside so please come wearing appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
